Q. Can I cancel a booking?
A. Yes, if you have a job booked you can cancel at any time 24 hours prior to pick up, if you cancel within 24 hours of the pickup a $200 cancellation fee applies.
Q. How quickly can you pick up my trailer or other type of transport?
A. Generally, we book it for you a few weeks in advance, it is just a matter of making contact with us to work out how soon we can pick it up.
Q. What costs are involved?
A. Costs vary from vehicle to vehicle we can give you a price over the phone if you contact us on 1300 766 446 .
Q. How do I pay?
A. We take cash,master card and visa also our trade customers can ask for a credit application form.
Q. Is my vehicle insured when being towed?
A. Yes, we have on hook insurance.

A. We service Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland .
Q. Can you tow more than one trailer or vehicle at a time?
A. Yes, We can move multiple trailers or vehicles on our specialised trailer transporters.
Q. Can I leave my things inside my trailer or vehicle?
A. Yes, you can leave items inside but do not overload the vehicle or trailer and make sure everything is secured because items will be rocking around in transport so loose items will move around as if you are driving a vehicle.
